Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy over 400 Russian troops and 233 drones on Tavria front

In total, Russians launched 33 air strikes, and 1 missile attack, conducted 38 combat engagements and fired 1066 artillery rounds in the operational area of the Tavria Operational and Strategic Group of Troops.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who keeps trying to encircle Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers are steadfastly holding the line, inflicting significant losses on the invaders.

Thus, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 12 enemy attacks near Avdiivka and another 7 attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region over the past day.

In the Maryinka direction, Ukrainian troops continue to hold back the enemy near Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where they repelled 10 attacks.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled an attack south of Zolota Nyva in the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defense Forces repelled 8 enemy attacks north of Pryiutne, west of Verbove and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Russia's losses

The total losses of the Russian army in manpower amounted to 403 occupiers.

Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 39 units of enemy military equipment, including:

• 3 tanks;
• 6 armored personnel carriers;
• 9 artillery systems
• 2 MLRS;
• 1 easel-mounted anti-tank grenade launcher;
• 13 vehicles;
• 5 units of special equipment.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces also destroyed 3 Russian ammunition depots.

In addition, 233 UAVs of various types were neutralized or destroyed.

Frontline situation

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops repelled nine Russian attacks in the Lyman direction.
