On May 21, the Ukrainian Air Force successfully struck an advanced Russian command post of the 3rd Army Corps in Bakhmut, Donetsk region, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The strike severely damaged the building where Russian troops were stationed.

"This strike severely degrades the ability of the Russian Federation to plan and conduct operations in the Pokrovsk direction, the most intense sector on the front line," Ukraine's General Staff adds.
