Ukraine uncovers new evidence of Russia handing over bodies of its soldiers

Russia is handing over the bodies of its soldiers to Ukraine disguised as Ukrainian ones. Experts have found new evidence, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on Facebook.
The Ministry, in cooperation with the Defense Intelligence and the Coordination Headquarters for Prisoner of War Affairs, has released new photos and information about Russian soldiers whose bodies were handed over to Ukraine during recent repatriations.

"Experts from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the examination of the remains that Russia handed over disguised as the bodies of Ukrainian defenders, discovered typical patches, tattoos with Russian symbols, uniform elements, and other signs indicating that the deceased were Russian servicemen," the ministry clarified.
The Ministry also published a link with photographic evidence confirming that at least 16 bodies handed over to Ukraine belonged to Russian military personnel.
Relatives of the deceased Russians were urged to contact the International Commission on Missing Persons.
Russia is planting the bodies of its soldiers in Ukraine
On June 21, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia had handed over the bodies of at least 20 of its soldiers to Ukraine as part of an exchange.
It was also established that Russia handed over the body of an Israeli mercenary who fought on its side.
