Ukraine's Defense Forces carried out overnight strikes on several Russian military and military-economic targets on July 23, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Strikes on key targets

As part of efforts to reduce Russia's military and economic capabilities, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck several high-value enemy targets overnight, the military said.

One of the targets was a tanker operating in the Black Sea. According to the Ukrainian military, the vessel was used to transport Russian crude oil, petroleum products, and fuel intended to support the country's army.

Pontoon crossing and troop concentration targeted

Ukrainian forces also struck a pontoon crossing near Novoekonomichne in the Donetsk region. According to the Defense Forces, Russian troops used the crossing for military logistics, including moving personnel and equipment.

In addition, Ukraine hit an area where Russian troops were concentrated in the Russian-occupied city of Horlivka in the Donetsk region.

Operations will continue

Ukraine's Defense Forces said they will continue conducting systematic operations aimed at degrading Russia's military capabilities and countering its ongoing armed aggression against Ukraine.

Earlier, Ukraine's Ministry of Defense officially approved the first domestically developed all-wheel-drive electric motorcycle, MUL.E, for service with the Armed Forces. The vehicle was designed for operations requiring high mobility, off-road capability, and low visibility.
