On October 16, the Ukrainian military struck a production and warehouse facility belonging to Roboavia in the Rostov region. The company develops and manufactures drones for the Russian Armed Forces, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrainian forces struck a production and warehouse facility belonging to a company near the town of Lenina in Russia's Rostov region.

Roboavia develops and manufactures unmanned aerial vehicles for the Russian army. The strike on the company's infrastructure is expected to complicate the production and supply of drones to Russian troops.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also confirms the strike on a logistics warehouse belonging to a unit of a Russian missile brigade.

The strike on the facility near the village of Latyshi in the Bryansk region of Russia was carried out on October 12, 2026.

Ukraine's General Staff notes that striking such targets is aimed at reducing Russia's military, economic, and technological potential.

The Ukrainian military emphasizes that these actions constitute the exercise of Ukraine's right to self-defense in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter.

On October 16 and during the night of October 17, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a railway bridge across the Unecha River in the Bryansk region of Russia, as well as Russian army supply depots and a drone command post in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region.
