Ukraine set for Davis Cup clash with Dominican Republic in 2025

The Ukrainian men's national team has learned its opponent in the Davis Cup World Group II. According to the results of the draw, which took place on September 11, Ukraine will face the Dominican Republic. The results of the draw were announced on Facebook by the Tennis Federation of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian team includes four tennis players: Viacheslav Bielinskyi (ATP No. 378), Oleksandr Ovcharenko (ATP No. 400), Oleksii Krutykh (ATP No. 457), and Vladyslav Orlov (ATP No. 526).
The Dominican Republic, which will be the opponent of the “blue and yellows,” is currently ranked 66th in the national team rankings.
The matches will take place on September 12-13 on the courts of the Megasaray hotel in Antalya, Türkiye.

The schedule of matches may be changed.
The match in Türkiye will determine whether the Ukrainians will advance to the Davis Cup World Group I playoffs.
If defeated, the team will retain its place in the Second World Group and will play a playoff to maintain its ranking.
