The military refuted the statement by Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov and clarified that operations are ongoing. Specifically, yesterday, another group of Russian soldiers was destroyed.
"Just yesterday, the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center in the Kursk region eliminated a whole group of enemy soldiers from the 810th Marine Brigade during special operations," the message said.
The military also added that the Special Operations Forces' operators forced two Russian soldiers to surrender.
"One prisoner of war was evacuated to a safe location on a stretcher, while the other hobbled along on his own. We continue our work," the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces informed.
