The Security Service of Ukraine's drones attacked an ammunition depot at a training ground near Novocherkassk in the Rostov region. This training ground is one of the largest in Russia, according to sources in the security services.

According to RBC-Ukraine's sources, long-range drones of the Security Service of Ukraine recently hit an ammunition depot at the Kadamovskiy training ground. This is one of the largest Russian training grounds. It is located near the town of Novocherkassk, Rostov region.

The drone strike resulted in a powerful explosion and subsequent detonation of shells. The sources emphasize that Russia's depot was destroyed.

According to the sources, the enemy used this particular depot to supply its troops in the Kramatorsk sector. Now the Russians are facing significant logistical difficulties, which significantly affect their ability to conduct combat operations.

“The SSU continues to actively demilitarize the Russian rear, from which weapons are supplied to the front line. Drone sanctions for the Russian army will continue,” the source said.

Explosions in Rostov region

Explosions in Rostov region have been heard for several days in a row. Thus, on the night of December 22, Russians reported explosions in several cities, including Taganrog.

Local authorities claimed an alleged combined attack and noted that Russian air defense had allegedly eliminated eight drones in the Sea of Azov, near Taganrog and Novocherkassk.

The next day, on December 23, explosions were heard near the Millerovo airfield in Rostov region. Footage of air defense operations was posted online.
