Russia continues to manipulate the issue of "Nazism in Europe." Ukraine has strongly pushed back against such claims, according to a statement by Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

Special Military Operation against Nazism in Russia

Sybiha responded to another propaganda statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Lavrov claimed that there is "Nazism in Europe" that needs to be eradicated.

"To achieve such a goal, there would need to be a special military operation in the European part of Russia," Sybiha aptly remarked.

Russian media previously reported that Lavrov made the statement during an address to students at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) on September 7. He cynically said that the Special Military Operation (SVO) should end in such a way that there would be "no Nazism left" in Europe.

RBC-Ukraine previously reported that Sybiha called on European governments to take decisive steps amid Russia’s hybrid war.

It was also reported that Sybiha described Russia’s strike on the Coca-Cola plant in the Kyiv region as a deliberate attack on American business. He once again called on the US House of Representatives to pass the Sanctions Against Russia Act.
