Ukraine's General Staff confirms strike on DPRK shells warehouse in Russia
Last night, on October 9, the Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully attacked the 67th arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense, located in the Bryansk region of Russia. In particular, the arsenal was storing shells from North Korea, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The attack was carried out by units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
“According to available information, the warehouse was stockpiling ammunition for rocket and artillery weapons, including those from the DPRK, as well as guided aerial bombs. Most of them were stored in the open air,” the Ukraine's General Staff writes.
During the attack, explosions were recorded on the territory of the facility. In particular, local authorities blocked roads near the arsenal.

The results of the strike are currently being finalized.
“The destruction of such arsenals creates serious logistical problems for the Russian army, which significantly reduces the offensive potential of the occupiers in threatened areas,” Ukraine's General Staff adds.
Attacks on Russian warehouses
Ukrainian Defense Forces regularly strike at facilities in Russia. For example, on September 18, a large depot of the Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense in the Tver region was attacked by drones. The detonation at the arsenal caused an explosion equivalent to a small earthquake.
In particular, Russian military arsenals in Tikhoretsk, Krasnodar Krai, and near the town of Oktyabrsky in the Tver region were hit.
