The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck two Russian oil depots, a Russian technical observation post along with its UAV crew, and three enemy reconnaissance drones, according to a statement from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

"In order to reduce the offensive potential of the Russian aggressor, during the night of December 3, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Dmitriyevskaya oil depot in Russia’s Tambov region. The facility is used to support the needs of the Russian occupying army," the report states.

It is noted that the target was hit, followed by a fire at the site. Preliminary information indicates that several fuel storage tanks were burning.

In addition, Ukrainian forces struck a technical observation post on the MSP‑4 offshore stationary platform in the Black Sea.

"According to preliminary information, the occupiers’ UAV crew was destroyed, and the surface‑environment radar on the Sivash self-elevating floating drilling rig was hit. Other results are being clarified,” the General Staff reported.

The Defense Forces also destroyed three Orion reconnaissance‑strike drones during the November 27 strike on the Saky airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea. Each drone costs about 5 million dollars.

"At the same time, the December 2, 2025 strike on the Livny oil depot in Russia’s Oryol region has been confirmed, with two RV‑5000 storage tanks catching fire after being hit by strike UAVs," the statement reads.

The General Staff emphasized that the Defense Forces are taking measures to undermine the military and economic potential of the Russian invaders and to force Russia to stop its war against Ukraine.
