Ukraine's Forces strike Russian command post in Kursk region, inflicting heavy losses
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a precision strike yesterday, February 3, on the command post of one of the Russian units. It was located near the settlement of Novoivanovka, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, the enemy command post was set up in an abandoned building. It was used to coordinate the offensive actions of Russian soldiers in the Kursk direction.

"As a result of the operation, the facility sustained significant damage, leading to substantial casualties among enemy personnel," the General Staff stated.
At the same time, the carefully planned attack minimized risks to the civilian population.
The General Staff emphasized that the goal is to eliminate all key command posts and other military facilities of the enemy until Russia's aggression is fully stopped.
Strikes by Ukrainian defenders
On January 10, it was reported that the Defense Forces had struck the command post of the 3rd Army Corps of the Russian Armed Forces. It was located in Svitlodarsk, Donetsk region.
Earlier, on January 2, Ukrainian defenders struck an enemy command post in Mariino, Kursk region.
According to Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, Russia’s 810th Brigade suffered significant losses as a result of the attack.
