The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has destroyed 4,043 airborne targets, including drones of various types and missiles.

In March, Ukraine's air defense system destroyed:

  • A ballistic missile Iskander-M/KN-23;

  • 25 cruise missiles Kh-101/Kh-55SM;

  • 8 cruise missiles Kalibr;

  • A cruise missile Iskander-K;

  • A guided air missile Kh-59/69;

  • 2,328 Shahed-type strike drones;

  • 805 reconnaissance drones;

  • 874 drones of other types.

In March, the Air Force carried out over 580 aircraft sorties: about 200 for fire damage and aviation support for troops and over 320 for fighter aircraft cover.

In addition, Ukraine's Defense Forces destroyed 412 airborne targets in March, hitting command points, logistics facilities, and concentrations of enemy troops and military equipment.

The UAV units of the Consolidated Rifle Brigade of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted 3,429 combat sorties.

According to the Ukrainian military's results, the enemy's losses are estimated as follows:

  • More than 260 personnel;

  • 88 enemy shelters and positions;

  • Field fuel and lubricant storage;

  • 1 tank destroyed;

  • 3 enemy UAV launch sites hit.

As President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported, over the past week, Russia launched 1,310 guided bombs, more than 1,000 strike drones, and nine missiles of various types, including ballistic missiles, at Ukraine.

On the night of March 30, Russian forces launched 111 drones at Ukraine and also fired a ballistic missile from the Rostov region. Air defense forces downed 65 drones, while another 65 enemy imitator drones were lost without any impact.
