Another round of negotiations between Ukrainian and Russian delegations is scheduled to take place this evening, July 23, in Istanbul, Türkiye, Ukrinform reports.

"The talks between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Istanbul are planned for the evening at the Çırağan Palace, where the previous meeting was held," the Directorate of Communications of the Turkish President’s Office stated.

According to preliminary information, the meeting is expected to begin around 7 p.m. in the Beşiktaş district, at Çırağan Palace. It was also noted that the meeting agenda may change.

The Çırağan Palace is a restored imperial residence originally built for Sultan Abdülaziz on the European shore of the Bosphorus. In the early 20th century, Sultan Abdul Hamid II lived there under military guard, and in 1909, it hosted the first sessions of the Turkish parliament.
