Ukraine repatriates 11 more children from Russia
Ukraine brings home 11 more children from Russian and temporarily occupied territories, says Mykola Kuleba, the founder of the Save Ukraine Foundation in his Telegram channel.
"We've successfully brought back another 11 Ukrainian children from Russia and the temporarily occupied territories. We are delighted to share this heartwarming news with you. Thank you to everyone who supports us in this challenging yet critically important endeavor," Kuleba stated.
He further mentioned that to date, a total of 161 children have been repatriated by the Save Ukraine team from Russia and the temporarily occupied regions of the country.
Russia kidnaps Ukrainian children
Since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has been systematically deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories. They are transported to Crimea, Russia, or Belarus under the pretense of "rehabilitation" or vacations in camps.
In the case of the deportation of Ukrainian children, the International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova.
