On the night of November 15, Russia launched another combined attack on Ukraine, using Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles and more than a hundred attack drones, according to the Air Force.

According to the Defense Forces, Russian troops launched three Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missiles from the airspace of Russia’s Tambov region. They also launched 135 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other types from Russian territory and occupied Crimea. Around 80 of them were Shaheds.

The enemy conducted the attack from the directions of Kursk, Millerovo, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Bryansk, as well as from the areas of Chauda and Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.

Air defense forces countered the air attack using aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare, drone system operators, and mobile fire groups.

As of 09:00, air defense managed to shoot down or suppress two Kinzhal missiles and 91 enemy drones in northern, southern, and eastern Ukraine.

Despite the high effectiveness of the defense, one missile and 41 attack drones hit 13 locations across the country. Additionally, debris from downed targets fell in four places. Information about the consequences is being clarified.

The Defense Forces noted that the attack is still ongoing — Russian drones remain in the sky, and air defense continues to operate.

Strikes last night

In the evening of Friday, November 14, Russians attacked the Khmelnytskyi region with Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles. According to the Air Force, Russian occupiers were launching Kinzhals at Starokostiantyniv.

On the night of November 15, Russian troops attacked Dnipro and the region with strike drones. Fires broke out, enterprises were damaged, and one person was injured.
