Ukraine identified 'red lines' of interests - Yermak

Ukraine outlined the "red lines" of its interests during meetings with US Vice President JD Vance and US Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg at the Munich Security Conference, stated the Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak.
"We had a really substantive conversation with US Vice President JD Vance, and the US President's Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg. Ukraine has clearly defined the "red lines" of its interests," Yermak said.
According to the head of the presidential office, the conversation about the agreement on rare earth resources was filled with specifics, but "it needs more time and ideas to be finalized."
"At every meeting, in every dialog, we have defended the line that there can be no dialogue on Europe's security without Ukraine and the EU," he added.
Yermak called this year's Munich Security Conference one of the most important in recent years. According to him, a lot happened during the conference, which may indicate the development of a plan to end the war.
Munich Security Conference
During this year's Munich Security Conference, the settlement of the war in Ukraine was one of the main topics. The US Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, said that he would take 180 days to engage all parties in a settlement of the war.
Kellogg said that he does not see Europe physically at the table for negotiations on Ukraine. This caused outrage among European allies. Donald Trump's special envoy also named the concessions that Russia should make to resolve the war in Ukraine.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the agreement between Ukraine and the United States on rare earth metals is not yet ready, and the discussion process is ongoing.
