Ukraine hits Russian launchers with massive strike, damage confirmed

Ukraine is striking Russian launch systems, with confirmed hits on such targets, states Minister of Defense Yevhenii Khmara during a conversation with his German counterpart Boris Pistorius.
The head of the Ministry of Defense noted that they had separately discussed the threat of Russian ballistic strikes. He added that Ukraine was developing asymmetric responses and striking Russian launch systems, with results already achieved in neutralizing such targets.
Khmara added that he discussed with Pistorius the key needs for protecting critical infrastructure, particularly in Kyiv.
The Minister of Defense stated that increasing the supply of air defense systems remains crucial, including interceptors for IRIS-T systems.
Ukrainian drones struck the largest oil refinery in Russia. In particular, the Omsk refinery is on fire following the attack.
Furthermore, the Defense Forces struck Russian military facilities in the occupied territories. Among the targets hit were a telecommunications hub near Donetsk, as well as drone and ammunition warehouses.
