On August 22 and overnight into August 23, Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of Russian military targets, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, in Chornomorske in occupied Crimea, Ukrainian forces struck a site used to launch and store unmanned surface vessels (USVs). A ground-based relay station used to control Geran and Gerbera attack drones was also hit there.
Another target was an ST-68 radar station in Yevpatoria.
In addition, Ukrainian forces struck Russian military supply depots in Dzhankoi in occupied Crimea and Chaiky in Russia's Belgorod region.
Russian military repair units were also hit in the areas of Dzhankoi and Kadiivka in the Luhansk region.
The General Staff said the extent of the damage and the results of the strikes are still being assessed.
"Operations against key Russian military targets are ongoing," the General Staff said.
Ukraine's Special Operations Forces previously reported that, as part of Operation Crimean Switch Off, their units had struck 27 energy hubs in occupied Crimea and southern Ukraine between August 17 and 22.
Since the operation began on July 1, a total of 267 energy infrastructure facilities have been taken out of service.
