Ukraine develops versatile drone interceptor

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has officially listed the TAF Kolibri-i10 high-speed interceptor. The product is now available for purchase through the DOT-Chain Defense system, according to TAF Industries.
The company says that the idea for the TAF Kolibri-i10 arose from the practical use of the Kolibri 10 FPV drone to intercept Russian drones.
The main functions of the TAF Kolibri-i10 are to destroy Russian reconnaissance and kamikaze strike drones—the Molniya, Orlan, and Zala. Thus, the interceptor helps prevent attacks on Ukrainian positions, provides cover for combat operations, and protects facilities in frontline zones and behind the lines.
The TAF Kolibri-i10 interceptor is equipped with a new, sturdy frame that better withstands loads and features an optimized mounting layout. The drone also features more powerful motors, a more reliable camera mount, and high-speed propellers. Additionally, the product boasts improved overall aerodynamics.

Manual control gives the operator full control during critical moments. Digital day or night cameras allow operation in various conditions. And the MilELRS firmware ensures stable operation in the face of active electronic warfare.

- Speed – over 200 km/h
- Flight range – up to 25 km
- Altitude – up to 3,000 m.
Last night, Ukrainian drones caused a full-scale blackout in the temporarily occupied city of Sevastopol. Power outages have also been reported in other cities occupied by Russia.
Also, on the night of August 12 in Novorossiysk, following a massive drone attack, suspected damage was reported to Russian military ships, as well as grain and oil terminals. Russian attack involved Palianytsia jet drones, Neptune missiles, and unmanned maritime systems.
