Type of missile used by Russia to hit Okhmatdyt identified by SSU
The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has established that Russia used a strategic Kh-101 cruise missile to target the National Children's Specialized Hospital Ohmatdyt in Kyiv.
At the scene of the tragedy, corresponding evidence was found: specifically, fragments of the rear part of the Kh-101 missile's body with a serial number and part of the missile's rudder.

"The Security Service will do everything possible to ensure that the enemy feels the maximum retribution for each of their war crimes, including today's attack on Ukraine. This retribution will be both legal and moral. The terrorist state is not an abstract concept. There are specific names of the murderers. And nothing will save them from justice," said SSU head Vasyl Maliuk.
As of 13:50, two hospital workers were killed, and seven people were injured, including at least two children.
An investigation is ongoing as part of the criminal proceedings initiated by the Security Service under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder).
The Kh-101 missile is a high-precision weapon. It has a possible circular error probable (CEP) of 7 meters at a distance of 5,500 km. The Kh-101 is a strategic air-to-surface cruise missile that uses stealth technology to reduce radar visibility.
On July 8, Russia struck the children's hospital Ohmatdyt in Kyiv.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia cannot be unaware of where its missiles are headed. According to him, the world mustn't remain silent about this.
