Trump says he has not discussed halting military aid to Ukraine

US President Donald Trump has not yet discussed the possibility of halting military aid to Ukraine with his advisors, said the US President while speaking to reporters at the White House.
He noted that the topic had not been discussed yet and emphasized that the administration wanted to observe how events unfolded.
Trump suggested that any response he gave could quickly become outdated due to the fast-changing situation.
He also reiterated his role in peace efforts, claiming that without US involvement, no agreement would be possible.
Additionally, Trump reacted to recent comments by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who said that the end of the war was still "very, very far away." Trump responded by saying that Zelenskyy better be wrong about that and expressed his desire for the war to end quickly.
Military aid to Ukraine
Today, Western media reported that Trump is planning to discuss the suspension of military aid to Ukraine with his top national security aides.
The New York Times wrote that Trump will meet with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to consider and possibly take action on a number of policy options for Ukraine.
According to the outlet, these include the suspension or cancellation of US military assistance to Ukraine, including the latest deliveries of ammunition and equipment authorized and paid for under the Joe Biden administration.
According to The Wall Street Journal, without US military aid, Ukraine has enough weapons to continue fighting at the current pace until the summer.
