Trump hints war with Iran is far from over

The United States is far from finished with its conflict with Iran and has no plans to walk away, states US President Donald Trump, according to The White House.
Trump hinted at when the fighting with Iran could come to an end during a meeting with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun.
"Now, nobody knows except the Iranians the damage that we've done to them. So if we left tomorrow, we had a big success. But we're not leaving tomorrow," Trump said.
The US president said it would take Iran 20 to 25 years to rebuild if the war ended right now.
"Okay, and we're not finished at all...we're not leaving right now," he added.
Iran's nuclear program
A reporter asked Trump whether he believes Iran had moved its nuclear centrifuges.
"We follow the (nuclear) material. That's where the action is," the US president replied.
Trump said he believes Iran has very limited options and vowed that the United States would strike the area where Tehran is hiding its nuclear program assets "fairly soon."
As previously reported, Trump is facing a choice between pursuing a ceasefire or escalating the conflict with Iran. He has not yet made a final decision.
Despite exchanging strikes, the United States and Iran continue to hold talks. Whether the attacks are suspended largely depends on President Donald Trump's decision.
On July 19, tensions between the United States and Iran escalated sharply as the two countries exchanged strikes on civilian and military targets.
