Trump heading to UK for meetings with King and Prime Minister: What’s planned

US President Donald Trump and the First Lady will travel to London to meet with the royal family, the Prime Minister, and business leaders, the White House website reports.
On Wednesday, the American leader and Melania Trump will visit Windsor Castle, where they will meet with members of the royal family and pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II. A state banquet in honor of the visit is also scheduled.
On Thursday, the US President will meet with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, as well as key British business leaders. At 2:20 p.m. local time, Trump and Starmer will hold a joint press conference.
After the official program, the President and the First Lady will return to Washington.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that the British royal family is preparing to receive Donald Trump with the utmost display of diplomatic influence. Historians note that the monarchy is able to establish contact with world leaders in a way few others can.
