Trump believes Putin is deliberately stalling ceasefire talks, says Fox News

US President Donald Trump is disappointed with the actions of Russian President Vladimir Putin. He is stalling ceasefire negotiations with Ukraine, according to Fox News correspondent Jacqui Heinrich.
According to her, information about Trump's disappointment with Putin was revealed by unnamed sources from Fox News. In the view of the American leader, Russia is "slow-rolling comprehensive ceasefire talks."
Fox News sources added that in the context of the ceasefire, discussions are underway about a "path forward," including aggressive sanctions.
Unnamed sources also pointed out that sanctions enforcement is currently at a low level, approximately "level 3 out of 10." One potential target for pressure is the cessation of Russia's shadow fleet, which transports oil across the Baltic Sea.
According to Fox News, 70% of Russia's illegal oil sales are carried out through the shadow fleet.
Ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia
Russia only agreed to an energy ceasefire with Ukraine without additional conditions. Both countries promised to halt strikes on energy infrastructure, but Russia has already violated this promise multiple times.
At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin has effectively rejected a full ceasefire. He put forward conditions that could significantly weaken Ukraine.
Recently, Trump stated that he was angry with Putin for proposing the introduction of an interim government in Ukraine under the auspices of the UN.
