How to make a healthy Piña Colada

Soak the oat flakes in half a cup of milk and set aside for about 10 minutes. Peel the banana and cut it into smaller pieces. Add the diced pineapple to the oat flakes and milk.

Add the coconut milk and mix until smooth. If the drink is too thick, add more milk or water.
