Transfermarkt updates: Ukrainian Zabarnyi's value soars, Dovbyk and Tsyhankov lose millions

The popular portal Transfermarkt has released updated player valuations, including Ukrainian footballers, reports Transfermarkt.
Zabarnyi tops the list of the most expensive Ukrainians
According to the latest update, 23-year-old PSG defender Illia Zabarnyi is now the most valuable Ukrainian player.
Compared to the May update, his transfer value has increased by €13 million, now standing at €55 million. This is a record for any Ukrainian player to date.
Second-highest ever after Mudryk
Zabarnyi also ranks second in the historical ranking of Ukraine's most expensive footballers. Only Mykhailo Mudryk was valued higher in March 2023 at €60 million.
This means Zabarnyi has pushed legendary Andrii Shevchenko to third place, whose peak market value in 2006 as a Milan striker was €51 million.
Updated ranking for Ukrainians in Serie A
The update also affected the Italian championship. 18-year-old Empoli forward Bohdan Popov, who made a strong start in Serie B, has increased his market value from €600,000 to €3 million.
Meanwhile, Artem Dovbyk, who currently plays for Roma, has seen his value drop from €30 million to €25 million. His peak was €35 million when he played for Girona. This season, the forward has played seven matches, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
Genoa midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi remains at the previous level of €2.5 million.
Tsihankov's value drops while Vanat remains stable
Transfermarkt also updated La Liga players. Due to injuries, Viktor Tsyhankov's value has dropped from €18 million to €15 million. Young goalkeeper Vladyslav Krapivtsov, on the other hand, has doubled his value to €400,000.
The market value of forward Vladyslav Vanat remains unchanged at €15 million, the same as during his time at Dynamo Kyiv.
