Tragedy in Zaporizhzhia: Emergency operations completed, 25 people injured

In Zaporizhzhia, emergency rescue operations following enemy strikes have been completed. As a result of the attack, 25 people were injured, among them three children, and one person was killed, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).
"In Zaporizhzhia, emergency-rescue operations at the sites of enemy strikes are completed: the number of injured has increased to 25 people, one person has died," rescuers said.
According to the SES, as a result of the enemy attack, eight people were hospitalized - among them three children: a 9-year-old and a 10-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl.
SES units rescued 6 people, including one child. The number of victims is currently being clarified.
Rescuers also extinguished fires in apartments on the third floors of two five-story residential buildings, with an area of 230 sq. m, and fires in:

5 residential houses,

a service station,
-
a café with a total area of 550 square meters.
At the same time, SES psychologists provided assistance to 26 citizens, among them three children.
"Emergency services worked at the scene. At present, restoration work by the city’s utility services continues," the service added.
Attack on Ukraine
Tonight, August 30, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with drones and missiles of various types.
As a result of the attack in the Kyiv region, several trains experienced significant delays. However, Ukrzaliznytsia staff have already resolved the problems and restored train operations.
Massive strikes were recorded in Kyiv, Lutsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, and another eight regions of the country.
In Zaporizhzhia, private houses were damaged from strike, and fires broke out.
Russian occupiers also attacked Cherkasy and the region: a lyceum was damaged, and rescuers are extinguishing fires caused by enemy strikes.
