On the night of January 27, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a Russian air defense facility in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, a Tor-M2 surface-to-air missile system was struck near the village of Kacha. The operation was carried out as part of measures to reduce the offensive potential of the Russian aggressor.

The extent of the damage is currently being clarified.

Other strikes on Russian logistics

Earlier, the Defense Forces of Ukraine hit Russian air defense systems in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, as well as an enemy drone depot in the Donetsk region.

The General Staff also confirmed that on the night of January 19, Ukrainian troops struck a UAV depot of the 144th Motorized Rifle Division.

In addition, on the night of December 31, the Defense Forces of Ukraine attacked fuel and energy infrastructure facilities of the Russian Federation in Krasnodar Krai. On the same day, Russian media outlets and Telegram channels reported explosions in Tuapse, claiming a drone attack and large-scale fires at an oil refinery and oil terminal following a series of blasts.

On the night of December 28, Ukrainian forces hit the Syzran Oil Refinery, and earlier, on December 25, the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery came under another attack.
