This spring soup cleanses body: Cook it with young nettle

What you will need:
- Young nettle shoots – 3 cups
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Kohlrabi – 1 piece or 100 g of broccoli
- Young garlic shoots – a bunch
- Green peas – 100 g
- Olive oil – 1–2 tablespoons
- Salt, ground black pepper, and favorite spices – to your taste
How to cook soup with young nettle
Wash the nettle thoroughly under running water, then scald it with boiling water. Heat a frying pan and sauté the chopped young garlic in oil. Add the chopped kohlrabi (or broccoli) and sauté a little more.
Transfer the vegetables into a pot, pour in boiling water, and add salt. The next step is to add the scalded nettle, chopped young garlic shoots, and peas into the boiling soup.
Cook the soup until the kohlrabi becomes semi-soft. Turn off the heat and blend the soup with a blender until it becomes a puree. If you want the soup to be more filling, add some cream or processed cheese.
