Hundreds of drones have been sent to the front as part of the Army of Drones project. Among them are well-known and secret drone models, Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, said.

According to the Minister, more than 900 drones have been sent to the front. The batch includes Mavic, Vampire, and Avenger drones, which are already known to Ukrainians. Secret drones have also been sent to the front, but their characteristics and advantages have not yet been disclosed.

"We are also sending hundreds of drones, which are not worth mentioning at the moment. However, the occupants will feel the power of innovation," emphasized Fedorov.

Most of the drones sent to the front are Ukrainian-made.

Ukrainian drones

As it is known, the Armed Forces of Ukraine already have more than 20 new types of Ukrainian-made drones in service, the production of which has been significantly boosted during the war.

The Cabinet of Ministers has also allocated UAH 40 billion this year to invest in Ukrainian drone manufacturers.

In addition, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, announced the creation of a new alliance in the arms industry. Several arms manufacturers from different countries have already joined the alliance.

The Ministry of Defense recently announced that it had accelerated the process of supplying drones to the military. It took only three days from the moment the drones were received from the suppliers to the Armed Forces Logistics Forces.
