The Security Service of Ukraine together with the National Police detained a man who committed a terrorist attack in Dnipro. He was a resident of the Dnipro region, according to police sources.
According to sources, the suspect was Ruben Voskanian. It is believed that it was he who detonated the improvised explosive near the building of the military recruitment center in Dnipro.

The explosion killed one person and injured several others, including two police officers. They were taken to the hospital, and doctors are now fighting for their lives.

This afternoon, an explosion occurred in one of the central districts of Dnipro. As it later became known, the victim of the explosion was a military man, and two law enforcement officers were injured.
Initially, local media reported a possible car bombing, but later it was reported that an improvised explosive device had detonated at the entrance to the military recruitment center.
