Strike on oil refinery in Rostov region: Media reveals satellite images of aftermath
The Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in the Rostov region was damaged by a drone attack on the night of June 6, according to Radio Liberty on Telegram.
The satellite image published by the agency shows a trace of the hit on the territory of the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery.
The journalists recall that the strike was on the ELOU-AVT-2.5 unit, designed to produce liquefied hydrocarbon gases.
Radio Liberty clarifies that Russia covered one part of the installation with a protective net in case of drone attacks. But this protection did not work.
