Strike on high-rise building in Sumy region: Number of victims doubles
The Russian military dropped a bomb on a residential high-rise building in the Sumy region. So far, 10 people have been reported injured, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Rescuers noted that a five-story residential building was damaged in the village of Svesa, Shostka district, as a result of a Russian strike. So far, rescuers have managed to evacuate 14 people and rescue an old woman.

“Russians attacked the residential sector this afternoon. The attack destroyed the entrance from the fifth to the first floor of a five-story residential building. A total of 4 apartment buildings were damaged,” the SES explained.
According to preliminary information, 10 people were injured, including 2 children. Rescuers continue to carry out emergency restoration and search operations. There are 2 stationary points of local authorities at the place of arrival.
