The State Border Guard Service (DPSU) has shown how UAV operators from among border guards are eliminating Russian forces on the front line. Among the destroyed enemy equipment was an expensive Russian radar system.
"Aerial reconnaissance operators of the STRIX RUBpAk UAV unit from the 4th Border Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, as part of the Defense Forces, are methodically and accurately destroying enemy combat assets in the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction," the report says.
According to aerial reconnaissance, STRIX FPV drone operators destroyed a Murom-M radar system, two communication antennas, and an escort vehicle with personnel. Drone strikes also damaged two enemy tanks.
The State Border Guard Service released video footage of the strikes on Russian troops. In addition to the destruction of equipment, the video shows numerous instances of enemy personnel being hit.
On Tuesday, January 13, unidentified drones attacked three Greek-owned oil tankers in the Black Sea near the Russian coast. The vessels were heading to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal to load oil.
On the same day, overnight, the Unmanned Systems Forces struck energy facilities in occupied Mariupol and destroyed an ammunition depot in Makiivka. The General Staff also confirmed a missile and drone strike on a UAV production facility in Taganrog, hitting the workshops of the Atlant-Aero plant.
