Source: Ukraine-Russia talks in Istanbul head into round 3 with no agenda

The Ukrainian and Russian delegations will meet in Istanbul tomorrow, July 22. The topics of the talks have not yet been determined, an informed source told RBC-Ukraine.
The source confirmed that the third round of talks between Ukraine and Russia is to take place tomorrow, July 23.
It is not yet clear what the Russians will bring to the meeting.
The source emphasized that the Ukrainian side is ready to discuss various issues, but most likely, they will be talking about humanitarian issues.
"It's important for us to prepare a meeting of the leaders," the source added.
Negotiations in Istanbul
Yesterday, July 21, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the third round of talks with the Russian side in Istanbul is scheduled for July 23.
The head of the Ukrainian state added that more details about the talks would be revealed today, July 22.
According to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, Russia wants to discuss the memorandums exchanged between the parties during the talks with Ukraine.
In its memorandum, Moscow demanded that Ukraine withdraw its soldiers from the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.
