Soft and flavorful muffins in 15 minutes without yeast
Muffins are perfect when guests are almost at the door or when you suddenly crave something delicious with your tea on winter nights. These muffins are made with minimal ingredients but turn out very tasty and soft, according to Smachni Retsepty (Tasty Recipes).
Ingredients:
- Margarine - 150 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking powder - 5 g
- Flour - 150 g
- Raisins - to taste
Directions:
The margarine should be soft, so it's worth taking it out of the refrigerator in advance and leaving it at room temperature for 1 hour. Alternatively, put it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Add eggs to the margarine, sprinkle sugar, and beat everything together with a mixer.
Add baking powder to the flour, sift into the beaten mixture. Beat everything with a mixer again. Add raisins or nuts (to taste) and mix with a spoon or hands.
Put the dough into muffin molds, filling them 2/3 full. Silicone molds do not necessarily need to be greased with oil, but all other ones must be greased.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven).
You can sprinkle the muffins with powdered sugar when they cool down. Enjoy!
