Six individuals were arrested on suspicion of involvement in, preparation for, or incitement to acts of terrorism following a deadly attack near a Manchester synagogue during Yom Kippur, one of the holiest days in the Jewish calendar.
The attack occurred on October 2.

Of the six arrested, four men aged 30 and 32, and two women aged 46 and 61 will remain in custody for the next five days.
The other two, an 18-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man, are also being held as police continue gathering evidence.
