Shelling of Kherson: Teenager killed, another child injured

Russian occupiers once again struck Kherson. As a result of the enemy attack, a teenager was killed, and another child sustained serious injuries, according to the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"The enemy struck Kherson. At that time, there were children near the store. A 14-year-old boy died on the spot," he reported.
According to him, a 9-year-old boy is in extremely critical condition with a traumatic brain injury. Doctors are fighting for his life.

Head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko reported that, as a result of the Russian strike, an 11-year-old boy died, and a 9-year-old boy was severely injured.
"The Russian army from the temporarily occupied left bank attacked the Korabelnyi district of the city after 15:00," he added on Telegram.
Mrochko also reported that injuries were sustained by women aged 31 and 65. All the injured are receiving necessary medical assistance.

In the fall of last year, Ukrainian defenders conducted a successful counteroffensive in the southern part of our country. The Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to liberate the right-bank part of the Kherson region from occupying forces. In particular, Kherson returned under Ukraine's control. It was one of the regional centers occupied by the Russians in February-March 2022.
Currently, Kherson and the region are under constant enemy shelling. Occupiers attack residential neighborhoods with heavy weaponry and drones.
During the past day, the enemy carried out 71 shelling incidents in the Kherson region. As a result of the attacks, there are casualties and injuries.
