Russian forces today, May 2, struck civilian infrastructure in the city of Derhachi, Kharkiv region, with guided aerial bombs, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

According to him, there were two strikes in the city - near a sports club and into the ground.

"In total, as a result of the Russian strike, 8 children and 1 elderly person were injured," the head of the Regional Military Administration reminded.

According to him, among the injured are two 11-year-olds, two 12-year-olds, and two children aged 13 and 15. Their condition is of moderate severity.

Also, one boy has an acute stress reaction, and another has minor injuries. The latter child was not hospitalized.

Assistance was also provided on-site to a 75-year-old man.

"As of now, there are no grounds for the evacuation of the city of Derhachi," Syniehubov clarified.

Strike on Derhachi

Today, May 2, Russian forces struck the city of Derhachi in the Kharkiv region.

Initially, it was known that four children were injured, but the number has increased to eight.
