On the evening of April 16, Russians launched a massive attack on Dnipro using Shaheds. As a result of the attack, many buildings were damaged, and one of the drones narrowly missed hitting the city hall, according to the city’s mayor, Borys Filatov.

"They have once again destroyed a bunch of civilian buildings and hit the city hall with a Shahed. Yes, yes. The city hall. But they missed. The impact was 100 meters away, right next to the monument to Pol." This was stated in the message.

Filatov also informed that the Russians destroyed a women’s clothing store owned by his wife.

"And they also destroyed my wife’s store. I state responsibly that there were no NATO soldiers there, except for women’s clothing," he added.
