Recently, drones struck warehouses near Yeysk in the Krasnodar Krai of Russia. Satellite images showed significant damage to the territory, according to the Schemes investigative project.

The Planet Labs satellite imagery, acquired on October 11, shows the aftermath of a drone attack on warehouses near the Russian city of Yeysk. The photos show damage to warehouse buildings, including the destruction of the roof of one of them, and traces of fire.

The other day, the Ukrainian Navy, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, attacked a storage base for Shaheds drones. It was located near Oktyabrsky in the Krasnodar Krai of Russia.

According to Ukraine's General Staff, about 400 attack drones were stored at the base. The Ukrainian military recorded an accurate hit on the target.

Strike on Shaheds production facilities

In April of this year, Ukrainian Defense Forces drones attacked enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia. Later, it became known about explosions in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone. Industrial and manufacturing enterprises are located there and are more than a thousand kilometers from the border with Ukraine.

Later, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Andrii Yusov, said that no foreign weapons were used in the attack on Russian facilities. According to him, one of the damaged facilities in Tatarstan had a production facility for the assembly of Shaheds and Geraniums.

In September 2024, the Russians claimed that warehouses with Russian weapons were attacked in the Krasnodar Krai and Tver region.
