In the Zaporizhzhia region, 18 Russian officers were eliminated as a result of sabotage after their command post was set on fire, according to the I Want to Live project.

According to the project, on August 30, sabotage occurred near the village of Voskresenka. Unknown individuals set fire to grass near the command post of Russia’s 35th Army. The blaze spread to the facilities and bunkers of the command post. Due to heavy smoke and carbon monoxide poisoning, 18 Russian officers died.

It is known that the following individuals were eliminated:

  • Senior Officer for Mathematical Modeling, 35th Army HQ, Major Rustam Setdarov, b. 02.12.1989

  • Officer of Fire and Nuclear Strike Planning, 35th Army HQ, Major Vladimir Sulitskiy, b. 20.02.1988

  • Head of Topographic Service, 35th Army HQ, Major Andrey Sylin, b. 20.02.1988

  • UAV Operator (Orlan-10), 64th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade, Yuriy Fokin, b. 06.02.1990

Sabotage on the Russian railway

Earlier, the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar partisan movement ATESH reported that the partisans carried out a successful sabotage on a railway in Russia’s Karachay-Cherkess Republic.

This railway is used by Russia to transport ammunition and military equipment from North Caucasus factories to the Rostov region.
