Russian forces attacked the Odesa region twice with kamikaze drones on the night of August 16, reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Odesa region.
"The grain storage hangars and agricultural machinery on the port's premises suffered destruction," the statement reads.
The rescuers promptly extinguished each fire outbreak. There are no casualties or injuries.
Nighttime drone attack
On the night of August 16, Russia cynically launched yet another attack on southern Ukraine using kamikaze drones. Air Defense forces successfully neutralized 13 drones within the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.
The main target for the Russians was the "Renі" port in the Odesa region. The drone attack destroyed the port's premises.
