Russians shell residential building in Lviv, causing casualties
Repeated explosions in Lviv occurred in the morning of December 29. A residential building was hit, according to Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi and Lviv Regional Military Administration head Maksym Kozytskyi.
"Explosions are heard in Lviv," Sadovyi writes.
Kozytskyi, in turn, urged residents to stay in safe places. Later he reported that a house had been hit.
"According to preliminary information, there was a hit to a residential building in Lviv. There are victims," writes the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
A fire also broke out in one of Lviv's lyceums, probably due to the debris of downed missiles. Specialized services are on their way to the scene.
The mayor of the city, Andriy Sadovyi, also confirmed that a residential building was hit.
Last night Lviv was attacked by the Russian Shahed. According to Mayor Andrii Sadovyi, there was a hit on critical infrastructure, and a fire broke out, but other details are still unknown.
Russian massive attack
Russian terrorists have been attacking Ukraine with missiles and kamikaze drones since the night. Explosions were heard in many regions: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Odesa, Sumy, and Cherkasy regions.
Air defense systems were operating in Kyiv. There are reports of debris falling in Podilskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts of the capital. It is also known that Kharkiv was hit by missiles, and a shopping center in Dnipro is on fire.
