Russian terrorists shelled residential areas of Kherson with artillery. According to the head of Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin, there is a casualty as a result of the shelling.
"Today, the enemy again fired at residential areas with artillery. There was a hit to a house. Smashed windows, chopped facades, pieces of walls... This is the picture that greeted the citizens," Prokudin writes.
An 85-year-old woman was injured in the shelling. She was provided with medical aid on the spot.
The situation in the Kherson region
After the liberation of the right bank of the Kherson region, part of the region is under constant shelling by the occupiers. Russians attack civilians with heavy weapons, artillery, and aircraft.
According to Prokudin, over the past day, December 21, terrorists made 117 attacks on the territory of the region. The enemy fired 569 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad, tanks, aircraft, and UAVs, 3 of them were Shaheds. Kherson was hit by 65 shells. Russian terrorists hit residential areas of the region's settlements.
One person was killed and two others were wounded in the shelling.
