One person has been killed and two others injured as a result of shelling in the village of Kalynove in the Donetsk region, according to Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
"Kalynove has been under heavy shelling for the second day in a row: yesterday, one person was also killed there," he said.
The final consequences of today's morning shelling are currently being determined.

Frontline situation
There have been 122 combat engagements on the frontlines in Ukraine over the past day. The enemy is actively pressing on the positions of defenders in the Avdiivka direction.
Specifically in the Donetsk region, Russian forces may initiate an offensive from their positions north of Avdiivka towards the city of Toretsk to complement the offensive operations near Chasiv Yar.
Moreover, for the first time in several days, Russian forces failed to advance in the area of Avdiivka. However, on the Bakhmut-Chasiv Yar direction, Russians conducted slightly more attacks than on the Avdiivka direction.
