The situation in the Kharkiv sector remains difficult. Russian occupation forces continue to attempt to break through the defenses of Ukrainian troops, intensively shelling the positions of Ukrainian defenders in all active frontline areas, according to the Kharkiv operational and tactical group of troops.

In the area of Hlyboke, the Russians regrouped the personnel of the 11th Tank Regiment of the 18th Motorised Infantry Division, evacuated the wounded, and are preparing for new assault operations to recover lost positions.

Groups of the 2nd motorized rifle battalion of the 7th motorized rifle regiment have been observed moving in the vicinity of Lyptsi, indicating that they are conducting an internal rotation. In the same area, Russia is conducting isolated movements of personnel of the 7th separate motorized rifle regiment of the 11th Army Corps for evacuation and logistical measures. At the same time, cases of soldiers refusing to perform combat missions have been recorded.

In the area of Starytsia, the Russian occupiers are replacing combat units and setting up defensive positions in an attempt to gain a foothold in the area.

In Vovchansk, sporadic movements of Russian troops in the central part of the city were recorded to continue assault operations. The Russian occupiers are also conducting aerial reconnaissance and artillery strikes on the positions of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.

In addition, Russia replaced the personnel of the 83rd separate air assault brigade at the frontline in the area of Tykhe.

In Vovchansk, the Russian invaders brought in assault groups of the 4th Division in an attempt to improve logistics and establish a communication system.
