Massive strike against Ukraine
Russian troops continue their tactics of massive strikes against Ukraine, targeting the energy sector. In November 2024 alone, they massively attacked Ukraine with drones and missiles twice - on November 17 and 28.
Today, November 28, the attacks again targeted energy facilities. More than 500,000 customers in the Lviv region lost power on November 28, and more than 200,000 in the Volyn region.
Emergency blackouts were introduced in most regions. Three people were injured in the Odesa region and two in the Kyiv region as a result of the Russian attack.
Back in September, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha warned that Russia was preparing to strike Ukraine's nuclear power facilities before winter.
