In the Kharkiv region, Russian troops attacked 2 civilians with a drone as they were traveling along a road under a white flag in Kruhliakivka, according to the 77th Separate Airborne Brigade of the 7th Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Preliminarily, Russians committed this war crime on Sunday, November 3, 2025.
The video shows that Russian troops carried out a drone strike on civilians who were moving along the road under a white flag.
"As a result of the targeted attack, 2 unarmed people and a dog were killed. There were no military objects or positions nearby," the report says.
According to available information, Russians filmed this attack themselves to further disseminate the footage in propaganda materials and falsely accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This fact testifies to the systematic practice of disinformation and attempts to shift the blame for war crimes onto our side.

Earlier, a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group managed to penetrate the center of Pokrovsk and kill several civilians. However, the Ukrainian military detected the Russian troops and eliminated them in the railway station building.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces also released an intercepted radio communication between Russian military personnel in the Kupiansk area, which recorded an order to shoot an unarmed civilian.
"They are not coming to liberate — they are coming to kill, torture, and intimidate. This is not a coincidence, but a strategy of fear," the Ukrainian military says.
